RECIPE: Elana Afrika-Bredenkamp’s Meat-Free "Bord Kos"
I loved making this one! This takes 25 min to prepare.
Method:
I can steam anything. Name it, and I steam it. Add sweet potatoes, broccoli and your rice in a steamer in separate compartments. When done steaming, add goats cheese and pepper. Keep a pack of frozen meat-free sausages in the freezer. Make them in a pan, or pop them in the oven and... Let’s eat!
My fresh herb for the week is Thyme, because nobody has “Time” to be in kitchen for ever.
