RECIPE: Elana Afrika-Bredenkamp's Veggie Bowls
The great thing about cooking meat-free, is eating, but also STYLING it. My veggie bowls include a stir-fry dressed with coriander, some steamed pumpkin with melted butter and honey, and egg fried rice.
METHOD (Egg fried rice):
Heat a pan with cooking oil, crack 2 eggs in the pan and scramble over heat. Add cooked rice, cooked peas and salt.
The yummiest dish ever!
